Mike and his team provided excellent service. Mike was one of the few providers willing to install a Mr. Cool Central ducted system. The quote was more than fair. His team completed the work in one day with a very clean install and left the space fully cleaned when done.  The team was quick and quiet, it was easy to forget they were working at times. I recently had the pleasure of working with Airecare Heating and Air, owned by Michael Santana, and I can't express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding service I received. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Michael was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the choices I was making for my heating and air needs. After 25yrs it was time for a new HVAC. I already had a couple quotes from others but wanted to look into AireCare due to high reviews from various sites.  Michael was quick to respond and gave me a few detailed options after the initial assessment and without the usual hour+ sales fluff or upsells. He was honest in telling me the current issues he found, that I already knew about, and some I didn't- and the previous companies never mentioned them either. Michael answered all my questions and concerns clearly and professionally, and had a detailed quote to me that evening. From the initial assessment to final install and testing, everything went smoothly; though there was an issue with a specific part, they were honest and upfront about it and resolved the issue the next morning. The small crew were all professional, kept the area and path clean (even their work van looked like it was just washed), and kept me informed throughout the process. We got 4 bids to replace 23 year old HVAC system for our home. They were all pretty competitive. We decided to go with Micheal and Airecare. Set up a remove and replace date and Enrique and Raul were here 1st thing in the morning. They laid down floor covering to protect carpeting and installed furnace in the upstairs attic.
